These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of Lucky Ones Casino and your use of the online gaming services provided via https://luckyonescasin-au.com (the "Website"). Definitions

  • Operator means Dama N.V., together with its affiliates and payment agents (including Friolion Limited), operating the Website under the "Lucky Ones Casino" brand.

User obligations and account security

General rules for placing bets

Bonus Terms

Activation and wagering requirements

  • To activate a Bonus you may be required to:

Combining promotions and bonus cancellation

Deposit methods and limits

Fees, chargebacks and refunds

  • If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, the Operator may:

Limitation of Liability

Operator obligations

  • The Operator will:
    • provide the Services with reasonable care and skill;

    • use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including 128-bit SSL encryption (with certificates valid until at least 31 December 2026), to protect data in transit; and
    • honour valid and confirmed winning Bets in accordance with these Terms.

Exclusions of liability

Liability cap
